Description
Lume Consulting Group is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) to support a California State government technology modernization initiative involving Dynamics 365, Power BI, workflow automation, and electronic signature platforms.

- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Analyze and map business processes and IT workflows
- Support system enhancement initiatives and solution delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop process improvement recommendations
- Support solution implementation and user adoption
- Assist with training and knowledge transfer activities
- Coordinate project deliverables and business analysis documentation
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with:
- Dynamics 365
- Power BI
- workflow/process automation
- DocuSign or electronic signature platforms
- Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering experience
- Experience supporting IT solution implementations
- California State government consulting experience
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- Experience supporting enterprise operational systems
