Description

Lume Consulting Group is seeking a User Experience / Interaction Designer (UX/UI Designer) to support a California State government application modernization initiative. This role will focus on improving user interfaces, user workflows, and customer interaction experiences across enterprise systems.

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly web-based interfaces
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
  • Develop wireframes, workflows, mockups, and UI recommendations
  • Support customer experience improvements
  • Assist with usability and accessibility considerations
  • Participate in system modernization and enhancement initiatives
  • Support design implementation activities
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with:
    • Dynamics 365
    • Power BI
    • workflow automation
    • DocuSign or electronic signature platforms
  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing and implementing web-based user interfaces
  • Experience supporting DRM/customer relationship management platforms
  • Strong UI/UX design and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications

  • California State government consulting experience
  • Experience designing interfaces for enterprise operational systems
  • Experience with accessibility and responsive design standards
