Description

Lume Consulting Group is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise AI transformation initiatives, including Generative AI implementation, AI adoption, and AI-driven modernization projects across multiple business areas.

This role combines technical project management expertise with strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, cloud platforms, and enterprise delivery methodologies. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with executive leadership, architects, developers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with our client strategic goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives simultaneously
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation including:
    • Project Charters
    • Communication Plans
    • Risk & Issue Logs
    • Training Plans
    • Transition Plans
    • Project Closeout Reports
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate AI strategy into executable delivery plans
  • Oversee AI adoption and organizational change management activities
  • Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and integration planning
  • Review business requirements, AI models, training datasets, and feature engineering approaches
  • Manage vendor performance and stakeholder communications
  • Prepare executive presentations and weekly/monthly status reporting
  • Support continuous improvement of AI delivery frameworks and methodologies
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience managing complex technology projects exceeding $1M budgets
  • Minimum 2 years managing AI/ML and data analytics projects
  • Strong understanding of:
    • AI/ML concepts
    • Data pipelines
    • Model lifecycle management
  • Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Data Science
    • Or related field
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as:
    • MS Project
    • Jira
    • Confluence
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
